“Ladies…gentlemen, of all the things in the world to worry about, like death, your future, famine, natural disasters, your next meal (some of us still do) the people who hate you, the people who love you, I mean the list literally goes on and on, one thing that is not on that list, is your weight, or your appearance. I see far to many people place so much value on what they are told beauty is. Beauty is something you can’t possibly have if you worry about it. Beauty is not the whiteness of your teeth, but the ease of your smile. Beauty is not the size of your breasts, or the pack of your abs, but the warmth of your hug, and the brace of your laugh. Most importantly beauty is not about how small you are, beauty is about how BIG your heart is. ONE thing beauty is not; is granted. No one can tell you your beautiful and make it so. Beauty is given. Beauty is something you give to those around you, but it is up to them whether they acknowledge or appreciate it. One thing they can’t do, is take it away, only you can do that. So make sure you take the time to remember how beautiful you are lest you forget. Also remember my friends, to live in light, is to live in beauty. Shine on.”
